On Monday, November 8th at 7:00 p.m., at Vanderbilt Divinity School’s Benton Chapel, Father Gustavo Gutiérrez will speak on “Liberation Theology: 40 Years Later”. Gutiérrez is the author of the book (A Theology of Liberation: History, Politics, and Salvation) that gave birth to a movement within theology that changed the way people understand the relationship between Christianity and poverty.
It is a rare treat to have Fr. Gutiérrez here in Nashville; we encourage you not to miss the opportunity to hear him in person.
